Grilled Pork Chop Dinner:

  • Our butchers will be cutting special thick cut bone-in pork chops for us. We’re going to soak them in our homemade brine until they are extra juicy and well flavored.  Before grilling, each chop will be seasoned in our secret grilling rub.  Our grill team will be carefully watching each chop so that they are cooked to juicy perfection.
  • Buttered spuds
  • Applesauce
  • Vegetable
  • Coffee, tea, or water

Served in a clamshell style takeout container with utensils.  No substitutions are available in menu items.

Payment for any check orders must be received by July 23.  If payment is not received by that date then we may not be able to complete your order.

Summerfest Grilled Pork Chop Dinner … Saturday, August 2

During the summer, a grilled dinner always tastes fantastic. At Summerfest 2025 we are planning a special treat for you with our Grilled Pork Chop dinner!  Dinners will be served from 5:00 pm. until 8:00 pm at the Parish Hall.  Dinners will be available for eat-in at the Hall or you may also pick up your dinner for takeout to eat at home.

Last year this pork chop dinner was acclaimed as one of the “hits” of our event. We sold out every single chop.  Don’t miss out this year … buy your dinners in advance.  A limited number of meals and ingredients will be available for sale.  This offer is made until they are sold out.
