Just because it’s November, that doesn’t mean that we’ve put away the BBQ grills. Our friends at Weidner’s BBQ are coming to 14 Holy Helpers on Sunday, November 13 for our 61st. Christmas Bazaar to cook you a BBQ chicken dinner,  You know Weidner’s from the Erie County Fair. Every year they grill and serve thousands of their famous chicken dinners to fair attendees.  This year, they are coming to our Bazaar to set up their grills and cook up a dinner specially for you.

Our chicken dinner will include a 1/2 chicken serving … that means you will have both a white meat and a dark meat portion in every dinner. For sides they are boiling up some spud potatoes that will be smothered in melted butter for serving. Add cole slaw and bread and butter. If you will be eating your dinner at our parish hall we can offer you a beverage to drink.  A homemade dessert rounds out the meal.

We are ordering only a limited number of dinners. Be sure to buy your dinners through our online presale system. Don’t be disappointed when we sell out.

Purchase Information

  1. To satisfy a hungry family, we are offering a special price for 4 dinners bought in a bundle.
  2. Each dinner includes a 1/2 BBQ chicken, potatoes smothered with melted butter, cole slaw, bread with butter, dessert, and a beverage (eat in only).
  3. Dinners may be eaten in our Parish Hall or available for takeout.
  4. Hours of service are 12:30 – SOLD OUT on Sunday, November 12, 2023. Parking is available in the front of the Parish Hall.
  5. Please pick up presales by 2:30 pm on the day of the bazaar.
  6. If paying for your online purchase in advance by check, please make out the check to “14 Holy Helpers Sodality”.  Enclose your payment in an envelope and mark it to “Attention: Sodality”.  Along with the check please indicate what items you are paying for.  Either postal mail to the Rectory at 1345 Indian Church Rd., West Seneca, NY  14224 (allow 5 days for delivery), drop your payment into the Sunday Offertory bin before Mass, drop your payment into the mail slot to the right of the Rectory front door, or drop it off at the Rectory during business hours during the week.
  7. Check payments must be received at the Rectory no later than November 1 or we may not be able to fulfill your order.
