We are taking the traditional concept of a Meat Raffle and injecting a high dose of technology to transform it into the VIRTUAL MEAT RAFFLE. Our Virtual Meat Raffle will deliver the value of the traditional event … winning great food prizes … while fixing your cost and operating it in a Covid-SAFE manner.
A $50 ticket to the 14 Holy Helpers Virtual Meat Raffle will provide you with chances in every spin in every round for meat and food prizes. You will also be automatically included in every door prize drawing. Additionally, you will automatically be included in the Split Club drawing where you will have the chance to be a $300 cash prize winner.
When: Wednesday, October 14, 2020 … Starts at 7:15 pm … First Spin at 7:30 pm
Where: You decide. Since we are using Zoom and Phone for the transmission, you can follow along wherever you have an internet connection or where you can make a phone call. Since the event is virtual, you can even be part of the action right from the comfort and safety of your own home. How can you join in?
HIGH TECH … If you have a PC or smartphone you can watch the raffle drawings via Zoom.
LOW TECH … If you want a low-tech option to join in, we’ll provide you with a phone number and code to join the raffle and listen to everything on your telephone.
NO TECH … Easiest of all, buy a ticket and sit back waiting for us to contact you that you’re a winner! No PC, no phone needed.
Tickets to the Virtual Meat Raffle are only $50 each. Since you have a chance in every round and drawing you will have 100 chances to win:
- Meat/Food Rounds … 16 rounds with 3 spins per round, would normally give you 48 chances. In our raffle you’ll get 2 numbers per round giving you 96 chances to win meat and food prizes.
- Door Prize Drawings … we’ve announced 2 different door prize drawings with prizes worth their weight in gold nowadays … toilet paper and paper towels. You’re in the drawing bowl giving you 2 more chances to win.
- Split Club … everyone can use some cash, right? We’ll hold a split club drawing where 2 prize winners will be selected … each gets $300 cash. You are automatically in … 2 more chances to win.
Total number of chances to win … 100. For $50 you will get 100 chances to win great prizes, which means each chance costs you only fifty cents.

Send in your Ticket info … open or download the ticket flyer at Virtual Meat Raffle Flyer LINK, print the flyer and send in your information using the information for at the bottom with your payment. We have a few tickets left but do not send in your flyer entry via postal mail. Since the raffle payment must reach us by Tuesday it will not be here in time.

Stop by the Rectory during normal business hours (9 am to 1 pm Monday through Thursday) to pick up a flyer (or just print it from this link … Virtual Meat Raffle Flyer LINK). You can fill out the flyer and leave it with your payment in the office. If you stop by the Rectory after hours to drop off your entry, you can just drop it in the mail slot to the right of the Rectory entrance door. Either way, we’ll get your winning numbers back to you to follow along during the raffle.
WINNING PRIZE pickup … Stop by the 14 Holy Helpers School entrance (north side in the parking lot next to the Red Garage) on Thursday, Oct, 15 from 5 – 7 pm.
