14 Holy Helpers is a Roman Catholic Church located in the Gardenville hamlet of the Town of West Seneca since 1864.  Summerfest is an important fundraiser for our church. Sponsorship for our Summerfest event is an integral component of the financial success. We’ve introduced several levels of sponsorship support to raise awareness of our sponsors within the community. Your generous contribution is very much appreciated.

Purchasing Information

  1. This “product” registers you as a sponsor of the 14 Holy Helpers Summerfest 2025 event.
  2. At this level of sponsorship you will receive:
    • A 1’x 3’ Banner customized to meet your preferences
    • Placed at the Event Grounds, note placement requests on the Sponsorship Information Form (Link below)
    • applies to new sign sponsors and those returning sponsors who had a sign with us in the past

  4. Please fill out the sponsorship information form at the following link … Sponsorship Information Form LINK … and email it to Ginny at drvsstolarsk@gmail.com as soon as possible so that we can correctly prepare your sponsorship materials.
  5. Payment for any check orders must be received by July 23.  If payment is not received by that date then we may not be able to complete your order.
