Summerfest Theme Baskets: Basket 5 sheets – ONLINE only, pre-event special

A variety of premium theme baskets have been created for the Theme Basket event at Summerfest. We hope to have something that interests everyone. The baskets themselves will be on direct display in Meeting Room #1 of Parish Hall before the Meat Raffle on July 31 and August 1, 2, and 3.

The final drawing for the basket winners will take place in the afternoon on Sunday, August 3, at the conclusion of the event.  Winners will be notified later that day.  Basket pick-up is Monday, August 4, from 9:30 am-5:30 pm.

Purchasing Information

  1. This “product” enables the purchase of 5 sheets of tickets (online, pre-event special).
  2. Your sheet will be available at the door during the event on July 31, August 1, 2, and 3.  If you would like to receive your sheets earlier, contact Ginny at (716) 512-3221 or email her at drvsstolarsk@gmail.com to make arrangements.
  3. Payment for any check orders must be received by July 23.  If payment is not received by the specified date, then we may be unable to fulfill your order.
