Spring Fest 2021 has completed. We sincerely want to thank all of you who supported this event. We are very grateful for your participation and attendance. Our goal was to provide a social event demonstrating the life of this vibrant parish community. Your positive feedback during the event was greatly appreciated.

At 14 Holy Helpers we’re celebrating the coming of Spring by sponsoring Spring Fest 2021. We need an opportunity to join with our fellow parishioners and friends by sharing in some food and fun. In the tradition of Lenten fasting, the food that we will be offering is totally meatless. The manner in which we are providing theme baskets follows all healthy event guidelines. As responsible parishioners and neighbors let’s renew our commitments to each other. Then take a few minutes to celebrate the coming rebirth of Spring!

….. For Spring Fest we are offering you the following options to select the baskets that you want:
- come to our Parish Hall and select your baskets by dropping tickets in containers in the traditional manner
— OR — - purchase your tickets online and we can drop your tickets in the basket categories that you select.

- In person at the Parish Hall during Spring Fest, Friday through Saturday, March 26 – 28

….. The drawing for basket winners will be after the 12 PM Noon Mass on Sunday March 28. Winners will be notified. Basket pickup will be on Monday, March 29 from 2 – 6 pm.
Meatless Meals
Meatless Meals will be available to take home throughout Spring Fest on Friday through Sunday, March 26 – 28 … until sold out.
….. Minestrone Soup. A hearty combination of herbs and healthy vegetables made in our kitchen at 14 Holy Helpers will be available for you to take home. You will have a choice of pint (16 oz.) or quart (32 oz.) containers that may satisfy the appetites of one or more people. The soup is gluten-free and lactose free for those who may have restricted diets. This is a totally meatless preparation, including the soup broth, that will satisfy any Lenten fasting protocols.
….. Macaroni and Cheese. Based on a family recipe provided by one of our parishioners we are preparing a rich meatless dish which is a favorite of many … young and old alike. This dish features a creamy sauce that uses 3 different cheeses to achieve a unique blend of flavors. Baked for a golden crust, we will have individual sized servings of approximately 11 – 12 oz. for you to take home.
….. We are still following the healthy virus restrictions policy. No meatless meals will be available for eat-in. You will need to heat them at home prior to eating. Easy to follow instructions will be provided. Please make sure that you follow the instructions when preparing your meal.
….. A limited number of meatless meals of each type is being prepared. We will reserve enough to satisfy pre-sales, and will continue to sell our inventory until it is SOLD OUT.

….. The baked goods will be displayed in Meeting Room 1 of the Hall at safe distances
….. Placeks will be available for order online as a pre-event order. Yeast placeks have sold out. Buttermilk placeks are still available. Pre-order purchases are filled in the order they are received due to the limited inventory of product. Pick-up pre-orders on 3/26 from 2-6:30 or on 3/27 from 11-2.
….. A limited number of placeks, breads & tea rings are also being sold over the weekend in meeting room #1, following Covid-19 guidelines.
….. You will be able to buy your baked goods in person

We want you to feel comfortable in coming out to this Spring Fest 2021 event. Face masks will be required for anyone entering our Parish Hall. Entries to the Hall will be limited for safe social distancing in accord with NYS Health Department directives.
