Summerfest Chicken Parmigiana Dinner … Saturday, August 6
Summerfest is celebrating a taste of Italy by introducing a Chicken Parmigiana Dinner this year on Saturday night. Our new chef is seasoning and breading tender chicken breasts. Those chicken breasts are fried to a crispy crust and then coated with melted mozzarella. We accompany the chicken with a tomato marinara sauce and penne pasta. Tender seasoned chicken in a crispy breading wrapped in melted cheese and then accented with a tomato marinara sauce with penne pasta on the side. An Italian style chef salad will help cleanse your palate. Dinners will be served from 5:00 pm. until 8:00 pm at the Parish Hall. Dinners will be available for eat-in at the Hall or you may also pick up your dinner for takeout to eat at home.
