Public Masses to Resume
From the Desk of Father David
Dear Parish Family and Friends,
I am pleased to announce that we will be starting Sunday Masses on June 20th and the 21st and weekday masses on June 22nd . At this time you do not need to register for the mass you. We are presently trying to get enough priest so we can have weekend masses in the Church and Hall simultaneously because we are only allowed to be at 25% of capacity. Due to this requirement of 25%, we can only have 75 people in the Church and 90 people in the Hall.
If you feel uncomfortable about returning at this time that is alright. Please remember that everyone has the dispensation releasing them from the obligation to attend mass. We will continue to live stream masses and other services on the Fourteen Holy Helpers YouTube channel.
If attending please note:
If you are sick, or anyone in your family is sick do not come. Watch our live streaming
Mass times will be different. This is not a permanent new schedule.
Everyone two years old and older must wear a mask and stay six feet apart from non family members.
Hand sanitizer will be at all the doors of the Church and Hall.
There are to be no groups or gatherings before or after Mass at this time. Remember the Campus is still not open.
When you arrive you will be greeted and shown were to sit. If you have a special need please inform the person doing the seating. They will be happy to accommodate you.
We need volunteers who will work with our Ushers as greeters, helping seat parishioners, directing communion and an orderly dismal. We need volunteers also to completely clean the Church and Hall after each mass. Thank you to those who have volunteered, but we still need more helping hands. If you are willing to help with any of these tasks, please contact the Rectory preferably by email, rectory@14hh.org or at 674-2374.
You will be receiving a mailing with many more details next week.
All Lectors, Eucharistic Ministers, and Ushers will be receiving new procedure information and training sessions. At this time, there are to be no Altar Servers at Mass.
May Almighty God watch over us and help us to take care of each other.
Peace and healing,
Fr. David
